1. Don’t ask friends and family

Friends and family would always want to encourage you no matter what, even if you business is failing they would be with you to support you. And that will not exactly help with this type of situation.

2. Ask open-ended questions

We have to listen more than we talk. Because, lots of people Including me talk a lot. And by talking a lot I also mean interrupting people often. And that’s the first part of that. The next part is the question itself. If you ask open-ended questions, you get more information than ever. And when they reply, you yourself can have questions about that, and so it goes on.

3. Keep calm, be steady

Ask genuine questions. The ones which would actually help you. And also do not at all get offended or try to get defensive when they say something like, “I don’t like your product.” You can think they are offending you, but they are actually doing you a big favour.

4. Take what you hear with a grain of salt

Even the most discouraging thing anyone is ever said to you, it can be one of the most crucial parts of information that can make you offering better. But if no one seems do want the idea or the product that you selling, it means that you do not have a successful business idea.

5. Give Customers the potential to pre-order

Why would this be helpful in selling a business? First main thing when you give customers the potential to preorder, you can figure out if the product / service you are selling is even wanted. Otherwise your product can be a total flop. And the second thing, it helps you to get a cash flow. And when you have the money before the product is given to the customer that is always better.

How to profit with feedback?

If you have observed the market for needs and everything, you found out this product is needed in the market. And you are going to be selling that product. You know the idea is wanted but no one’s buying it. Why? You can ask someone probably someone who is good at business, they will say, do this. And people would say do Marketing and blah bah blah. With those pieces of advice you can start changing the things they said and who knows, your sales might blow up.
